Who We Are

Everts Air traces its roots to 1978, when Robert W. Everts acquired Tatonduk Flying Service. What began as a small bush operation has grown into one of Alaska's most trusted providers of cargo, passenger, and charter air services.

Today, we are headquartered in Fairbanks, with large aircraft cargo operations out of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, serving communities throughout Alaska. Our operations focus on essential air cargo, passenger service, and charter solutions under Part 135 and Part 121 certifications.

We are known for operating a unique and highly capable fleet that includes World War II-era aircraft still in active service. These workhorses are irreplaceable in Alaska's environment. Their ability to operate on ice, gravel, and short runways while carrying heavy payloads makes aircraft such as the DC-6 integral to supporting industries and communities across the state.

Everts Air expanded to the Lower 48, offering on-demand charter services for oversized and time-critical freight. Based in Laredo, Texas, our MD-80 fleet is strategically positioned to serve North, Central, and South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean, providing reliable solutions for complex logistics challenges.

At our core, Everts Air remains a family-owned U.S. company built on safety, service, and reliability. Every flight we operate carries something essential, from passengers and mail to time-critical freight. We are a vital connection for the communities and industries we serve and a large independent employer of 350+ Alaskans.
