Everts Air offers a structured On the Job Training program that allows motivated individuals to earn their A&P license through accumulated hands-on hours, with flexible pathways to earn the full license or one rating at a time. Start or advance your flight career with Everts Air, operating one of the most unique and diverse fleets in North American aviation from Anchorage and Fairbanks, Alaska, with additional operations in Laredo, Texas. Operating under both Part 121 and Part 135, Everts Air welcomes both emerging pilots and experienced aviators looking for their next challenge. Our pilots fly everything from the MD-80 and DC-6 to the C-208, PC-12, and C-408 SkyCourier, a breadth of type experience rarely found at a single carrier.
Part 121 Crew members enjoy a schedule that keeps Alaska-based crews home almost every night, industry-leading pay for narrow-body operations, a full guarantee from Day 1 for regular full-time pilots, and an accelerated rate of pay for pilots who are current and qualified in 121 operations. As a CASS carrier, Everts Air pilots also enjoy full jumpseat privileges and participation in the Known Crewmember program, and floating holidays give you the flexibility to take time off when it works for you.
Part 135 Pilots share in the same CASS carrier jumpseat privileges and KCM program benefits, along with floating holidays and a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain quality aviators.
Everts Air operates an FAA-certified, full-motion MD-80 simulator at our Fairbanks headquarters, giving pilots the opportunity to log hours and build type-specific experience without ever leaving Alaska. Crew accommodations are available in Fairbanks, Anchorage, and Laredo, TX.
