Resource Industries - Oil & Gas / Mining
Alaska's resource industries operate in some of the most remote and unforgiving terrain on earth. Everts Air supports oil and gas operations and mining teams with scheduled cargo, dedicated charters, and the short-field capability to reach sites that larger carriers cannot. Our DC-6 fleet lands on gravel, ice, and short runways with heavy payloads, and our hazmat-certified team handles the dangerous goods that resource operations depend on.
Industrial & Manufacturing / JIT Inventory
When freight can't wait and schedules can't slip, Everts Air's Lower 48 on-demand charter operation delivers. Based in Laredo, Texas and operating MD-80 freighters 24 hours a day, we serve global logistics companies, manufacturers, and freight forwarders throughout North, Central, and South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Our 24/7 availability and strategic Laredo positioning mean we are ready when the call comes.
Construction & Infrastructure
Remote construction projects across Alaska depend on freight that arrives on time and in full, regardless of where the site is. Everts Air moves oversized equipment, project materials, and time-critical supplies to off-road and off-grid locations throughout the state, with the heavy-lift capability and short-field performance to reach sites that road and standard air service cannot. For fuel, we offer bulk bladder transport requiring a minimum of two charter flights, as well as drum and barrel shipments available through both our scheduled cargo network and on a charter basis.
Commercial Fishing
Alaska's commercial fishing industry moves fast and Everts Air moves with it. We transport time-sensitive seafood and fishing supplies between remote coastal communities, processing facilities, and major hubs, with scheduled cargo service out of Anchorage and charter options for larger or time-critical movements. Healthcare & Emergency Services
When medical supplies, emergency equipment, or critical freight need to reach a remote Alaska community, Everts Air provides the network and the flexibility to make it happen. Our scheduled cargo service, combined with coordinated downline carrier partnerships, connects Anchorage and Fairbanks to communities throughout Interior and Western Alaska and beyond. When time is critical, dedicated charter flights reach any destination with a suitable runway.
Alaska Residents & Recreation
For Alaska residents, Everts Air is the practical solution for getting everything from groceries and household goods to snowmachines, ATVs, side-by-sides, and boats to and from communities throughout Interior and Western Alaska. Our scheduled cargo network out of Fairbanks and Anchorage serves 18 communities on a regular basis, with competitive rates and straightforward drop-off at either hub. If it needs to get to the village, we have a way to move it.
Iditarod, Iron Dog, & Competitive Racing
Everts Air has deep roots in Alaska's competitive racing community, supporting mushers, snowmachine racers, and their teams with freight service along some of the most remote routes in the state. We move sleds, gear, dog food, fuel, and equipment to checkpoints and staging areas for the Iditarod, Iron Dog, and other competitive events across Alaska. When the race is on, reliable freight service is not optional, and Everts Air has been that connection for the racing community for decades.
